About this file

This addendum to Request for Proposals RFP-NHJB-2026-02 is issued by the New Hampshire Judicial Branch's Administrative Office of the Courts regarding participant transportation services for Drug, Mental Health, and Family Treatment Courts. The RFP solicits qualified vendors to provide reliable, responsive transportation services for court participants attending treatment court sessions, related appointments, and program activities at multiple statewide locations. The procurement seeks pricing submitted on a per-trip or hourly basis, with service delivery coordinated with court personnel to ensure participant attendance and program compliance. The original proposal submission deadline is July 17, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. The contract term is one year from the award date, with options for up to two additional one-year renewal periods at the state's discretion. No bidders' conference or site visits are referenced in this addendum document.

This addendum was issued on June 17, 2026, to confirm that no vendor inquiries or questions were received by the June 12, 2026 deadline, and therefore no written responses or clarifications are being provided at this time. All terms, conditions, specifications, deadlines, and requirements of RFP-NHJB-2026-02 remain unchanged. Prospective bidders must demonstrate experience with court-ordered participant transportation, appropriate insurance coverage, qualified drivers meeting state standards, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive court and participant information. The contract is funded through the New Hampshire judicial system budget; however, no specific funding amount or budget range is disclosed. The RFP may include set-asides for small or minority-owned businesses if applicable under New Hampshire procurement regulations, which prospective bidders should verify in the full RFP documentation. The state maintains flexibility in vendor selection based on geographic service areas and capacity requirements, indicating potential for multiple contract awards to different vendors serving different regions.
