About this file

This document is an Addendum to Request for Proposals (RFP) 026-24 issued by Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) for Windows Certified Devices (Desktops and Laptops). The addendum provides clarification on questions received regarding the RFP, including product specifications, interface types, graphics card requirements, delivery expectations, and warranty coverage. It also includes the Pre-Proposal Conference Agenda and Sign-in Sheet. The RFP solicits proposals from qualified firms to provide the required desktop and laptop devices, with quantities to be determined based on CCPS's needs and the need to refresh old equipment. Responses to the RFP are due by 3:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time on Tuesday, June 4, 2024.

The addendum indicates that pricing does not need to be provided for all three Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and that HDMI interfaces and 14th generation Intel processors are acceptable. CCPS will accept AMD equivalents, but the proposed models must meet or exceed the minimum specifications stated in the RFP. The district requires an NVIDIA RTX 40 Series or better graphics card with at least 12GB of VRAM, or an AMD equivalent, for the vocational workstations. Delivery and installation requirements are detailed in Attachment A of the RFP, and the vendor will be responsible for providing a safe and secure way to move and store devices as needed.
