About this file

This is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) DLA-2025.05 issued by the State of Florida Department of Legal Affairs, Office of the Attorney General (OAG) for Moving Services. The solicitation is an Addendum No. 1 dated September 17, 2025, providing detailed clarifications about a multi-location office move. The move is scheduled to begin on a Friday after 5 pm and continue through Saturday and Sunday, with crews allowed to arrive between 7-8 AM each morning. The project involves relocating office furniture, personal belongings, and equipment across multiple locations in St. Petersburg and Tampa, with specific requirements for loading, unloading, and disposition of certain items.

The moving services will include transporting ten file cabinets, one modular desk, one office chair, and most shelving units for disposal. Employees will pack their own offices and cubicles using packing materials provided by the movers, and the moving company will be responsible for providing boxes and crates. The bid specifies that all elevators will be available, truck parking locations are defined (particularly for the St. Petersburg location), and at least one on-site contact will be present to guide furniture placement. The moving company will need to follow a labeling system to ensure proper placement of office furniture and will not be responsible for moving electronic equipment, as per the Scope of Work referenced in the document.
