About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for a Revegetation Materials project. The project aims to obtain a source of supply and delivery of revegetation materials, including seed, fertilizer, neutralizing agent, and mulch, for a firm fixed price contract term.
The addendum provides responses to several questions submitted by potential bidders. Key details include the required packaging specifications for the materials, such as bags not exceeding 100 lbs for seed and fertilizer, containers not exceeding 5 gallons for neutralizing agent, and 5' round bales of straw or hay for mulch. The bid form has been revised and uploaded to the eMMA procurement system. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s), and the state may award one-time or multiple contracts.
