About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) for a Revegetation Materials project. The RFP seeks to obtain a source of supply and delivery of revegetation materials, including seed, fertilizer, neutralizing agent, and mulch, for a firm fixed price contract term. The addendum provides clarification on the required packaging and delivery specifications for the materials, such as seed and fertilizer being provided in bags not exceeding 100 lbs and neutralizing agent in containers not exceeding 5 gallons. It also confirms that the mulch must be 5' round bales of straw or hay.

The contract is open to bidders from the State of Maryland, with the primary jurisdiction being Allegany County. The bid form has been revised and uploaded to the state's eMMA procurement system. Pricing terms, set-asides, funding sources, and other financial details were not provided in the addendum.
