About this file

This document is an Addendum to Invitation for Bid C5611982-D for Concrete Pumping Services issued by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). The addendum addresses changes to the Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet, specifically unlocking Tab 20-SVSP-CTF to allow bidders to input rates. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Bidders have the option to submit a new bid, in which case their prior bid will be returned unopened. If bidders do not submit a new bid, their current bid will remain on file, unopened, until the new bid opening date.

The Concrete Pumping Services contract is a Master Agreement in which the selected Contractor will provide services on an as-needed basis for the CDCR Inmate/Ward Labor Program at various institutions and facilities. Compensation will be in accordance with the service rates specified in the Exhibit B-1 Rate Sheet, which includes all labor, equipment, and other costs necessary to perform the required services.
