About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 containing pre-bid conference materials and questions and answers for Colorado's State Forest State Park Campground Fencing project (S25PNW-12086). The project involves campground fencing work at a state park facility, with bid items that include full removal and replacement of fences as well as fence repair work. The pre-bid conference was held on July 24, 2026, and attendees were provided with detailed Q&A responses to clarify project requirements and specifications outlined in the bid schedule.
The addendum addresses contractor inquiries regarding material sourcing and project scope clarification. Specific vendor contacts were provided for Buck & Rail materials and roll-off dumpster services, including Buck & Rail Materials in Kremmling, Colorado, Bockman post and pole services, and Black 40 Septic and Roll Offs. A key clarification addressed the relationship between fence repair requirements referenced in project maps and the bid schedule, with the answer specifying that fence repair work is covered under General Labor Bid Item 13 rather than appearing as a separate line item.
