About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 to an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) for the procurement of a Hydraulic Heavy Industrial Press Brake and Hydraulic Ironworker equipment. The ITB is open to vendors across the state of Florida, with the equipment to be delivered to locations in Leon County and Tampa City. The deadline for delivery of the equipment is September 15, 2023, with a lead time of 16-20 weeks after the receipt of the order. FDACS will not consider multiple bids from a single vendor, and the end user will be responsible for rigging the equipment.
The pricing and other salient terms of the contract are not explicitly stated in the Addendum. The Addendum indicates that the Department will not accept deliveries after September 15, 2023, due to budgetary constraints, and that the units received after this date may not be accepted. There is no mention of any set-asides, incumbents, or specific funding sources for this procurement.
