About this file

This is an Addendum 1 to Invitation for Bid (IFB) S25-33224 issued by the California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) for a vending machine revenue contract. The addendum serves to correct the contract analyst listed in the original solicitation documentation. The primary correction involves updating contact information for inquiries related to the bid process. Prospective bidders are directed to submit all written questions via email to the corrected contract analyst, Franklin.wilson@dor.ca.gov, with all questions and answers to be posted on the Cal eProcure website by the dates specified in the Key Action Dates section of the solicitation.

According to the DOR, the Invitation for Bid is complete and requires no further explanation beyond this clarification. The amendment indicates that the original solicitation documents contain standard State of California General Terms and Conditions (GTC 02/2025) and Contractor Certification Clauses (CCC 4/2017), which are incorporated by reference and available through the California Department of General Services Office of Legal Services website. Bidders remain solely responsible for understanding all scope of work requirements, terms, conditions, and evaluation criteria prior to submission.
