About this file
This document is an addendum to a Request for Bids for Diploma Printing and Mailing Service issued by Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) in Oregon. The addendum provides answers to vendor questions, including details about the diploma specifications such as size, logo, and foil requirements. The overall contract opportunity requires a vendor to provide diploma printing, mailing, and potentially electronic diploma services for MHCC. The college is seeking an experienced vendor in higher education processing to ensure efficient and accurate diploma processing.
The addendum indicates that the diploma size is 8" x 6" and currently includes an MHCC logo in red and black, with the potential addition of a foil school seal. The contract does not specify the quantity of diplomas to be printed. No details are provided regarding response due dates, award timelines, contract term, or renewal options.

Request for Bids
Diploma Printing and Mailing Service
February 1, 2022
VENDOR QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS
Q1. The diplomas that will need to be printed, how many color are they? Do they have any foil? Is there a sample that we may see? Is printing the actual diploma part of this bid or is it imprinting on a preprinted shell?
Answer: We currently have our MT logo on the top in Red/Black. We do not have a foil school seal. This will probably be explored as something to add.
As stated in the bid we are looking for a company that can process diploma’s print to mailing.
Diploma size: 8 w x 6 h
Additional diploma information: Foil logo at the top/center of document. No seal, at this time.
