About this file
Addendum #1 is issued by the Rockland County Department of General Services, Purchasing Division for Request for Bid (RFB) #RFB-RC-2024-125 concerning Day Clocks with Day, Date and Reminder Alarms. The addendum addresses four vendor questions regarding the procurement, clarifying that products can be imported from China but must be in stock in the USA, available for immediate shipping, and include a manufacturer's warranty. The procurement is for a one-time delivery of day clocks, with a delivery requirement of 10 business days or an alternative date subject to county approval.
The addendum indicates that bidders do not need to be NYS Certified MWBE or Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business to participate, and no previous awarded price or target price will be provided for reference. The procurement is for digital clocks intended for senior citizens, with the purchase being grant-funded and requiring federal contract clauses to be completed and notarized. The actual quantity ordered may vary slightly, and all products must be brand new and in original packaging, with DayClocks as the preferred manufacturer or an approved equivalent.
