About this file

This document is Addendum #1 for the Chaves County RFP-18-1 for DWI Program Services, issued by the Chaves County Purchasing Department on March 16, 2018. The addendum modifies the original Request for Proposal (RFP) for DWI Program Services, specifically focusing on updating reporting requirements for the DWI Prevention Specialist position. The amendment changes the monthly summary report requirements, now mandating documentation of program activities, number of youths in the program, pre and post evaluations, and additional data needed for the DFA (Department of Finance and Administration) required database.

The addendum does not alter any other aspects of the original RFP and requires bidders to acknowledge the changes prior to submission. The document provides contact information for the Purchasing Department at (575) 624-6615 for any questions or problems regarding the addendum. The RFP is still scheduled to be opened on April 12, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. Mountain Standard Time, with proposals being accepted for DWI Program Services in Chaves County, New Mexico.
