About this file

This is Addendum #1 to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Vermont Agency of Human Services/Department for Children and Families (DCF) for an Emergency Shelter Program. The addendum clarifies that this is a rolling RFP, meaning the State will continue to accept proposals until the procurement needs are filled and satisfied. The State is specifically requesting that potential bidders submit proposals as soon as practical during the initial round to assist with providing shelter during the winter months.

The document is brief and does not contain any additional details about pricing, set-asides, funding sources, or other terms. It appears to be focused solely on communicating the rolling nature of the RFP and emphasizing the urgency of receiving proposals to address winter shelter needs.
