About this file

This document is an addendum to an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) for the procurement of banquet tables. The addendum incorporates the following as requirements: the preferred delivery date is flexible, but tables should be received by this fall; ABS plastic is required over wood; the tables will be delivered and the GWCCA will handle offloading and unpacking; the 66-inch diameter requirement is firm and cannot be substituted; a white tabletop or other colors aside from black are not acceptable. The previous contract was awarded to Mity-Lite for 66-inch diameter banquet tables at $38,500 and transport carts at $5,571. The tables are to be delivered to the GWCCA's facility at 285 Andrew Young International Blvd., N.W. Atlanta, GA 30313.

The addendum provides clarification on the height and thickness of the tables, indicates that straight legs are acceptable, and notes that samples are not required for this bidding event. Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum prior to the bid due date.
