About this file

This Addendum #1 document clarifies submission requirements and evaluation criteria for RFQ #25-1219-01 issued by the City of Dublin, Georgia, for Construction Manager at Risk (CM At-Risk) services on the Water Works Building Renovation project. The addendum addresses eight key questions submitted by prospective bidders, establishing that there is no mandatory site visit requirement, though limited environmental testing may be necessary as part of the scope of work. The question submission deadline was 2:00 PM on Tuesday, January 20th, with answers provided on Friday, January 23rd. Hard copy submissions are to be delivered to 702 E. Madison Street with simultaneous email submission to Karen Gravel at karen.gravel@lordaecksargent.com.

The addendum resolves conflicting information in the original RFQ document by clarifying that qualification statements must be limited to 50 pages maximum, submissions require 2 hard copies and a thumb drive, and bidders must follow the submission format guidelines specified on page 5 of the RFQ. Additionally, the evaluation criteria on page 3 applies to the review of qualification statements, while the criteria on page 21 apply specifically to the evaluation of interviews, ensuring clarity in how proposals will be assessed during the selection process.
