About this file

This document is an Addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (MN DNR) Division of Enforcement for a Enforcement CPR and Wilderness Training Event. The Addendum provides answers to vendor questions, clarifying that the trainers must be certified by the Minnesota Emergency Medical Services Regulatory Board and be up to date on Minnesota-specific training protocols and requirements. The training event is to provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) recertification, Law Enforcement First Aid/Wilderness Emergency, NARCAN administration and Medical Director Services, and Water Related Medical Training to Minnesota Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs). The training is to be fast-paced with hands-on, scenario-based instruction in an academy-style method, and is to occur in both indoor and outdoor settings regardless of conditions.

The contract is for the state of Minnesota, with Itasca County as the local jurisdiction. The event due date has not changed from the original RFP. Pricing terms, set asides, incumbent information, funding requirements and sources, and other salient details were not provided in the Addendum.
