About this file

This document is an Addendum to the bidding documents for the Camp Sherman Youth Angling Pond project in Oregon. The addendum modifies the original bid requirements, including the addition of installing two ODFW-provided kiosks, restoring any disturbed ground to its original state, and spreading ODFW-supplied seed mix where needed. The addendum also notes that no land anchors will be used for the picnic table pads and invites suggestions on alternative compaction methods for the parking lot to pond road surface as a separate bid item. The bid closing date and time remain unchanged, and the addendum constitutes a material change, requiring acknowledgment by the bidder.

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the construction of a youth and ADA-accessible fishing area at the Camp Sherman site, open to the public, located in Jefferson County and Canby City, Oregon. No additional details regarding pricing, set-asides, incumbents, funding, or other salient information are provided in the given documents.
