RE: Addendum# 1 Bid PWG 126-OPERA-6439 Questions & Answers
# Question Answer
Based on your past usage/contract, how frequently do you expect to place orders (e.g., weekly, monthly) and what are the estimated total quantities and per-order quantities for each item?
Average annual expenditure are estimated at $400,000 per year, orders are placed on an as-needed basis for a variety of items, depending on workload and project needs.
What are the expected start and end dates for the contract?
This contract will have a term of one year.
Hi, what is the average annual quantity the City purchases for item 1-3 (Traffic Cones)? Also, Item 2 specifies a 4” collar, most standard 28” traffic cones come with both a 4” and a 6” collar.
Is that what you require for both line items?
The purpose of this contract is to secure a fixed pricing contract with a vendor(s) to avoid delay in the procurement process.
Quantities may fluctuate based on workload and weather conditions, but on average there is about 5 orders per month.
Yes. For the 28-inch cone, the bottom reflective collar is 4 inches and the top collar is 6 inches.
The 18-inch cone has a single 6-inch reflective collar.
