About this file

This document is an Addendum to the bid solicitation for the Stump Pass Beach State Park - Road and Parking Repairs project, issued by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP). The bid submittal due date has been postponed to May 1, 2024, and the bid posting date is now no later than May 8, 2023. The addendum also provides responses to several Requests for Information (RFIs) related to electrical work, including the status of an existing downed wire, the proximity of overhead electrical drop to the proposed improvements, the capacity of the existing service panel, and the provision of electrical plans for permitting.

The revised plans with the updated electrical connection information have been made available online at the DEP's public file repository. The addendum states that in all other respects, the original contract documents remain in full force and effect. No additional details on pricing, set-asides, funding sources, or the incumbent contractor are provided in this addendum.
