About this file

This document is Addendum No. 1 from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) for Bid No. BDC25-24/25 related to road repair work at the Ichetucknee Springs State Park. The addendum addresses several questions from bidders regarding the project scope, including the extent of asphalt removal and milling, the need for base compaction, parking lot restriping and bumper stop replacement, and the location of the pipe and headwall work. The addendum clarifies that the base bid is for repair of the north-side drainage, parking lot, and existing pavement, with three additional alternates for repairs to the south, west, and east side roads and parking lots.

The addendum also confirms that density testing is required for the base, subgrade, and asphalt per FDOT standards, and that the existing base material composition is detailed in the geotechnical report. The addendum states that the contract documents, other than the items addressed in this addendum, shall remain in full force and effect.
