About this file
This document is an addendum for Invitation to Bid (ITB) 21/22-006 issued by the State of Florida for the Purchase and Installation of a Freezer System at the Sunland Center in Leon County and Tallahassee, Florida. The addendum corrects two sections of the ITB, changing the word "redundant" to "replacement" and adding more detail to the Freezer System Installation Scope of Work. This includes installing new indoor evaporator units, a new freezer condenser unit, new refrigerant lines, and completing start-up and testing to ensure proper operation of the new system. The ITB seeks a vendor to supply and install a new condenser and evaporator system capable of maintaining freezer temperatures between 0 to negative 15 degrees at the Sunland Center, which serves 186 developmentally disabled residents across 15 living units on its 500+ acre campus.
The ITB does not provide details on pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding requirements and sources, or contract duration. The addendum focuses solely on clarifying and expanding the technical requirements for the freezer system installation at the Sunland Center.
