About this file

This Addendum 1 to a Request for Proposals is issued by Ingham Intermediate School District for the procurement of one Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) unit. The requested UPS unit must feature 110-volt output with a minimum of eight NEMA 5-15 outlets, in-line interactive technology (not double conversion), and an SNMP/Network Card. The unit must accommodate a minimum total load of 2,800 watts based on the specified devices: two 500-watt devices with dual outlets each (2,000 watts), two 250-watt devices with dual outlets (500 watts), and two 650-watt devices with dual outlets (1,300 watts). The current facility electrical infrastructure includes a NEMA L6-30p input connection that can be modified as needed, and the building provides 110/240-volt service. Inside delivery is required, with doorways measuring at least 36 inches wide and no structural obstacles present.

The addendum specifies that alternative solutions are acceptable for consideration in the proposal response. The district has confirmed the facility can accommodate the UPS unit installation, and pricing terms, specific response deadlines, and award dates are not detailed in this addendum document.
