ADDENDUM 1
RFP #22-021 Wide Area Network (WAN) Services for Muscogee County School District
February 18, 2022
Dear Vendors, UPDATE
The Financial Merit Form has been updated to include a line item for any applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges. Please provide the approximate percentage. If the submitted cost includes the taxes, fees, and surcharges indicate that information on the financial merit form, but still complete the approximate applicable fees, taxes, and surcharge line.
The following question was received by the Purchasing Department for RFP #22-021 Wide Area Network (WAN) Services for Muscogee County School District:
1. With this RFP being issued on 2/14 and having a 3/11 due date, this provides less than a 28 day period for vendors to respond. Given the magnitude of this solicitation and to ensure a thorough response, we respectfully ask for a one-week extension to 3/18. Or at a minimum, we request the due date be moved to 3/14, to remain consistent with the minimum 28-day interval per E-rate guidelines.
Answer: The due date for RFP 22-021 has been moved to 3/15/2022 at 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
