About this file

This Addendum No. 1 clarifies the requirements for RFQ 010-PUR-2023, issued by the Dougherty County School System (DCSS) in Albany, Georgia, for the procurement of copy printer paper to restock the district warehouse. The solicitation was originally dated May 3, 2022, with an amended due date of June 2, 2022. Key project details include a one-time delivery of the full bid quantity to a single location at DCSS Logistical Services Department, 601 Flint Avenue, Albany, Georgia 31701. The district expects to make an award on June 13, 2022, with delivery to occur within 4-6 weeks after award, though sooner delivery is preferred. The primary contact for the procurement is Sharonda Thompson at (229) 431-1270 or Sharonda.thompson@docoschools.org.

The addendum addresses five vendor-submitted questions through a Q&A clarification process. Notable requirements include that DCSS does not accept electronic notarization for bid submissions, requiring physical signatures and notarized forms. The procurement is structured as a one-time purchase with delivery to a single warehouse location rather than multiple sites or phased deliveries. No information regarding pricing terms, set-asides, funding amounts, or other financial requirements is provided in this addendum document.
