About this file

This document is an Addendum to Invitation to Bid (ITB) 239996B001 issued by the Oregon Military Department (OMD) Joint Force Headquarters, Oregon National Guard Installations Division. The ITB is for the procurement of remote Underwriters Laboratories (UL827 and UL2050) listed alarm monitoring services for OMD facilities statewide. The addendum clarifies several questions related to the scope of work, including access to monitoring software, daily activity reporting, legacy equipment, communication methods, and the desired timeframe for implementation, which is planned to be a phased approach with 10-15 accounts brought on in Fiscal Year 2023 and the remaining accounts in Fiscal Year 2024 according to OMD's equipment replacement schedule. The addendum also notes that physical installations and system modifications will be handled by OMD or a federal ESS installation contractor, while the selected monitoring company will provide data entry modifications.

The ITB does not provide details on pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent contractors, funding sources, or amounts. It indicates that the selected monitoring company will provide the required services and that bidders must acknowledge the addendum as part of their bid submissions.
