About this file
This addendum to an Invitation for Price Quote (IFPQ) #10A2862 is issued by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Administration Division of Procurement and Contracts for General Building Repair and Replacement Services in San Joaquin, Mariposa, and Alpine Counties. The addendum, dated April 21, 2026, addresses questions submitted by prospective bidders regarding the scope of work. Specifically, the addendum clarifies that a Reverse Osmosis system with a countertop-mounted faucet will be installed under the sink in place of a water fountain at the Stockton Landscape Maintenance Station. All other terms and conditions of the original IFPQ remain in full force and effect.
No additional pricing terms, set-asides, incumbent information, funding details, or other salient contractual modifications are addressed in this addendum. The document serves solely as a clarification of the work scope related to plumbing fixtures at one of the four Caltrans Maintenance Stations included in the original solicitation.
