About this file
This addendum document issued by the State of California Military Department, Office of the Adjutant General, provides clarifications and answers to requests for information regarding Invitation for Bid No. 124155 for Pressure Washer Replacement at the Stockton Army Ammunition Storage Facility in Stockton, California. The bid due date remains March 26, 2026, at 2:15 PM. The addendum addresses four key questions submitted by potential bidders regarding licensing requirements, insurance obligations, disadvantaged veteran business enterprise (DVBE) participation, and the scope of the three-year maintenance service period.
Regarding licensing and contracting, a General B license holder may bid on the project; however, a C-36 (plumbing) or D-21 (machinery and pump) subcontractor is required to perform pressure washer installation, factory startup, and commissioning, with all subsequent maintenance performed by an authorized service provider for the installed equipment. Insurance requirements mandate that contractors maintain valid certificates of coverage for general liability, workers' compensation, and auto insurance throughout the entire agreement period. DVBE participation is mandatory at 5 percent and must be documented on the Bidder Declaration. The three-year maintenance service shall cover only the items explicitly listed in Section 3 of the solicitation, not all repair issues that may arise during that period.
