The district consists of 23 schools, 1 administrative office, 1 transportation facility, 1 maintenance facility, and other locations, serving approximately 13,455 students and 1,700 employees. The initial contract term is for 2 years, with an option to renew for three additional 1-year terms. Site visits may be scheduled by contacting the designated individual.

The current chemicals used in the district's chemical stations and their pricing were provided in response to a submitted question. Submitted Questions:

2) “It Says the bid is from July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2026 which is LESS than 2 years and with most of the summers off it would be even less than that?”

Answer: The contract is based on our fiscal year which begins July 1 and ends June 30.

3) “For 98 dispensers that would be a hefty investment for only 2 years. Is there any way to look at a 3 year bid?” Answer: The bid will remain as issued. The initial term is a 2 year term with an option to renew for three additional one year terms if satisfactory to both parties.

4) “Can you tell us what kind of dispensing system you currently have in place and do you own that current dispensing system?” Answer: Please see question 1.

5) “Also is there any way to do a Sites needs analysis at each school to determine the appropriate amount of dispensers to the chemical allotted?”
