About this file
This addendum provides responses to questions received regarding White Paper Call 006 for Decision Support Tools. The call seeks proposals for technologies with a TRL of 3 or better to develop tools with a goal of achieving TRL 5 upon completion. Acceptable platforms for initial development include open game engines, though integration into the project's environment will be required. Data sources to be provided include PLI, force composition, tasking, NAIs, information requirements, and intelligence estimates, with additional sources to be integrated over the lifecycle. A microservice API delivery approach can be proposed, though there is currently no container support, requiring execution as a separate Windows 64 bit process.

The purpose of the addendum 01 is to respond to questions received for White Paper
Call 006. Questions received and the Government’s responses are as follows:
RTI BAA White Paper Call# 0006 Q&A
Question # Offeror Questions Government Responses
What is the requirement of TRL for the proposed technology?
Proposed technology should be TRL 3 or better.
What is the expected TRL after the project effort?
The project will be at TRL 5 upon completion.
Is it acceptable to use alternative
(open) game engine to develop and show the technology?
Initial development and demonstration may initially be on alternate platforms, however, there will be an obligation to integrate into the project's environment.
Will Army provide any access to data or data schema? What kind of data resource will be available during this effort?
Data schema and supporting data services will be provided. Data sources are Position Location Information (PLI), force composition, tactical tasking, Named Areas of Interest (NAI), Information Requirements, and intelligence estimates, at this time. Additional data sources will be integrated over the lifecycle of the project.
Do you expect the performer to integrate with Odin or it is acceptable if we can provide micro service with flexible API?
A microservice with an API can be a delivery option. However, there currently is no container support within the project, so "microservice" is considered a separate process with associated configuration that can be executed on a Windows 64 bit host in combination with other processes.
