About this file

This is Addendum No. 1 to RFP-484-071723 issued by the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) on July 12, 2023, for Aviation Program and Project Management Services. The addendum clarifies requirements for proposals responding to GDOT's solicitation for qualified firms to administer the Federal Aviation Administration State Block Grant Program and Georgia State Airport Aid Program for the Division of Intermodal. The deadline for submission of written questions was June 28, 2023, at 2:00 PM, with the technical proposal and menu of services deadline extended to July 24, 2023, at 2:00 PM. The contract will be an Open Agency Contract with a term of up to five years, during which GDOT reserves the right to terminate the contract for any reason. Work will be issued via Purchase Orders and Notice to Proceed for each Task Order before services commence, with any work performed prior to or without a Notice to Proceed ineligible for payment.

The contract contains no minimum or maximum guaranteed amount, and Purchase Orders will specify the specific work and associated dollar amounts based on the winning firm's cost proposal. Proposers must provide a maximum of five references for similar project experience within the last five years, with each reference including the contact's name, title, address, phone number, email address, explanation of services provided, and years of service. Value-added services and positions not included in the core scope may be proposed for discussion but will not be scored; however, GDOT may elect to engage these services at any time during the contract term using costs provided by the proposer. All information, data, and project deliverables gathered during the contract life are the property of GDOT and may not be used by the contractor outside the contract scope without GDOT's written consent.
