About this file
This document is an Addendum to Request for Quote (RFQ) DCF RFQ 2223 019 issued by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF), Office of Administration, for a Random Moment Time Study Solution and Services. The RFQ seeks interested vendors to provide an online web-based and email-capable Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) system, including implementation, hosting, operation, and ongoing training. Key timeline changes include extending the quote due date to October 21, 2022, and the anticipated services commencement date to November 4, 2022. The RFQ also increases the page limit for the Project Approach section from 20 to 50 pages.
The addendum provides clarification on pricing structure, including the removal of duplicate pricing tables and the introduction of a "Deliverable Pricing" table and a "Progress Payment" table. It also confirms that DCF staff will administer the time study, including roster updates, sample generation, and quality control, rather than the vendor. Additionally, the addendum addresses several vendor questions, such as the existence of a current provider, potential timeline modifications, and the development of time study activity selections.

Do time study activity selections for all four time studies exist for the decision trees already or will the vendor work with DCF to develop the activities and descriptions?
