Would you be able to provide me with the anticipated commencement date for this project.

Refer to Section B.6.6 Notice to Proceed in Standard Contact Part 2. After the contract is signed, the Department will give the contractor a Notice to Proceed (NTP) with the work. IN reference to this bid that was just posted, as we are the current equipment manufacturer, I was wondering if this phase of the project is solely for the gas line and block walls or will this also include actual new equipment?

Refer to Exhibit L Technical Specifications and Drawings. This Project is for all required equipment and equipment installation. This includes gas line, dryers, electrical, architectural work, and all mechanical work in the building. Also, refer to General Services Standard Contract Part 2 this includes the Scope of work, which includes what work is required and the sequence and multi-phase operation.
