About this file

This document is an Activities, Measures, and Expected Outcomes Chart Template for the Eviction Protection Grant Program (EPGP), a federal grant opportunity offered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The template provides instructions for EPGP applicants on how to respond to Rating Factor 2.a.iii. by describing the activities, responsible organizations, measures, and expected outcomes for the proposed project.

The eligible activities include legal representation, limited representation, alternative dispute resolution advocacy, post-eviction housing stability services, court navigation services, tenant education and outreach, and collaboration to advance eviction prevention and protection tools or programs. Applicants are required to provide quantitative measures and describe the anticipated outcomes for each activity, both at the individual and systemic levels. The related federal grant opportunity, the Eviction Protection Grant Program, provides funding for nonprofit organizations and government entities to offer no-cost legal assistance to low-income tenants at risk of or subject to eviction, as well as to expand the evidence base around eviction prevention and diversion programming.
