About this file
This PowerPoint presentation from the Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) details multiple competitive procurement opportunities for FY 2025, primarily targeting 8(a) small business set-asides. The key opportunities include: (1) US Army Garrison Post-Wide Minor Construction Recompete with an estimated value of $100M-$110M, involving maintenance and minor construction work across Aberdeen Proving Ground locations; (2) Directorate of Public Works Environmental Division contracts for Forestry Management Support Services ($12M-$15M) and Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance ($20M-$24M); (3) specialized technical service contracts such as Low energy X-ray Digital Detector Arrays Maintenance and Repair ($144K), High Efficiency Gas Adsorbers procurement ($30M), and Netscout Commercial-Off-The-Shelf Software License Renewals ($10M-$15M).
The solicitations are predominantly structured as Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts with five-year ordering periods, mostly using firm fixed price mechanisms. All opportunities are planned for solicitation release in Q4 FY 2025, with specific solicitation numbers yet to be determined for most contracts. Contracting officers are identified for each opportunity, and the presentation emphasizes that these are informational updates subject to change and potential cancellation. The set-asides range from 8(a) small business to full and open competition, targeting various technical and maintenance services for the US Army Garrison at Aberdeen Proving Ground.
