About this file

This is Addendum No. 01 to RFP AA24004 issued by California State University, Fullerton for Athletics Transportation Services. The addendum clarifies that proposals are due on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. PST, and must be delivered to the Contracts and Procurement Office. The contract term is three years with two one-year extensions, which can be mutually agreed upon with 90-day notice. Proposers must submit one original hard copy, five additional copies, and one electronic USB copy of their proposals, with specific formatting and content requirements outlined in Section VI.

The annual spend for these services is approximately $400,000. The price sheet cannot be adjusted for minimum hourly rates or overnight rates - proposers must respond with what they feel is appropriate. Pricing adjustments can be negotiated at the time of contract extension. The RFP includes sponsorship requirements in Section III, 3.8, which will affect scoring if proposers cannot meet them. The current provider has experienced few challenges aside from occasional late bus arrivals. Proposals must include detailed information about fleet condition, driver qualifications, safety programs, and marketing strategies for both cash and credit sponsorships.
