The contractor must submit five key deliverables: a Proposed Project Plan (due ten business days prior to site mobilization), specification sheets for hardware including culverts and gaskets (due five business days prior to hauling, requiring COR/CO approval), sieve results for aggregates (due five business days prior to hauling, requiring COR/CO approval), delivery tickets for rock and aggregate by tonnage (due within five days of task completion), and weekly status reports detailing progress, equipment hours, and payroll. The work is divided into a base scope covering road reconditioning and culvert replacements across all three roads, and three optional tasks for aggregate surface course placement and shoulder stabilization. The contractor must obtain staging area clearance at least ten business days in advance and comply with the attached Fire Plan. Work location is approximately 121 miles west of Albuquerque via I-40 West and Six Mile Canyon Road in the Zuni Canyon area.
