Block9: The objective of this effort is to provide technical support services to the DMA at locations in California and Maryland. The DMA requires support for contract management, installation, integration, maintenance and repair of complex broadcast audio, video and network systems to include; television and radio automation, satellite downlink antennas and Radio Frequency distribution, audio and video non-linear editing suites, information technology networks, on-line, near-line and off-line digital data storage, broadcast systems integration, draftsman support, telephone exchange support, video surveillance and egress systems. Qualified personnel, common tools, test equipment, calibration and transportation are imperative in accomplishing all requirements. The scope of the work requires contractor provided broadcast technicians, network technicians and network systems administrators with advanced broadcast technical experience to provide technical support and maintenance at the DMA-R and DMA HQ in a depot level broadcast maintenance environment. Broadcast and IT certifications and troubleshooting to the component level is required.

text: 10-J: Protect this information according to DoD Instruction 5200.48, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and DMA documentation.

11-A: The contractor work performance for supporting Defense Media Activity Headquarters predominantly at 6700 Taylor Avenue, Ft. Meade, MD 20755 and other facilities, as applicable and authorized.

11-E: The contractor will have no safeguarding requirements at the contractor's facility. The contractor will have access to government IT network systems and will require IT level II positions. Contractors, who are designated as IT level II positions, have access to Federally-controlled information systems require a Secret clearance IAW DoD 5200.02M and DoD 8570.01-M. The contract is designated a long-term visitor group IAW DoD 5200.22-M, Vol 2. This document serves as written notice to the contractor of classified service contract. The highest level of classification for this contract is SECRET. The contractor must possess a Facility Security Clearance of SECRET. Identified contract IT level II personnel must posses a minimum of an Interim Secret clearance prior to start of work. The security clearance for contractor employees does not automatically grant a need -to- know in accessing of classified material.

11-J: The contractor will comply with and actively participate in the DMA's Operations Security (OPSEC) Program.

11-M: The contractor personnel shall comply with DMA's information technology requirements prior to access to DMA's networks. The contractor shall appoint a Facility Security Officer (FSO) in writing to the DMA's Security Office.
