This memorandum from the Department of the Air Force's Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex details a request for funds to purchase six (6) Military Flight Line Test Set Kits. The proposed test units must meet MIL-PRF-28800F Class 2 certification and have specific technical requirements, including an operating temperature range of -20 to 55 degrees Celsius, lithium-ion battery with 4+ hours continuous use, and a compact size under 14"x8"x4".
