A24 Equipment List.xlsx

This is an equipment list for Dell PowerEdge servers and associated support services to be provided under a federal contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The equipment list details Dell PowerEdge R540, R640, and R440 server models across multiple asset identifiers, with service requirements spanning three contract periods: a base year (August 8, 2026 – August 7, 2027), Option Year 1 (August 8, 2027 – August 7, 2028), and Option Year 2 (August 8, 2028 – August 7, 2029). Each asset requires three ongoing support services: ProSupport Next Business Day On-Site Service After Problem Diagnosis, ProSupport 7x24 Hardware/Software Technical Support and Assistance, and Keep Your Hard Drive For Enterprise. The equipment supports CDC's Office of Advanced Molecular Detection and High Performance Computing Center of Excellence, which provides computing, network, and storage resources for infectious disease programs, pathogen surveillance, outbreak investigations, and applied public health research. The majority of listed assets are PowerEdge R640 PIONEER models (representing the bulk of the inventory), with smaller quantities of R540 ROSETTA PE and R440 ICE PE models. Ship dates for the equipment range from March 2019 through July 2021. One asset (86534Y2) shows a service modification in Option Year 1, changing from 7x24 HW/SW Technical Support to ProSupport 4-Hour 7x24 Technical Support. All services maintain consistent start and end dates aligned with the contract periods for each respective year.
