Summary: A23 Attachment 4 Key Personnel Qualification Requirements

This document is a key personnel qualification requirements attachment for the Cybersecurity Support Services Bridge Contract solicitation (HQ003426QE115) issued by DOD Washington Headquarters Service. The attachment establishes mandatory qualifications and experience criteria that contractor-proposed personnel must meet to be assigned to specific roles supporting the cybersecurity support services contract.

The qualification requirements define minimum standards across several key personnel positions, likely including cybersecurity engineers, security analysts, program managers, and other specialized roles essential to contract performance. Requirements typically address years of relevant experience, required certifications (such as Security+, CISSP, or other cybersecurity credentials), educational background, and technical competencies in areas such as network security, vulnerability assessment, incident response, or system administration. The attachment serves as the evaluation criteria for assessing the qualifications and suitability of proposed staff to ensure the contractor can adequately perform cybersecurity support services for the government customer.
