This Statement of Work (SOW) details a project to repair fire sprinkler distribution pipes in Building 28 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station. The project involves replacing four 4-inch black iron fire suppression pipe sections in the attic and one section in the lower level, all of which have active leaks. The work must be completed within 60 calendar days after notice to proceed, during regular duty hours (Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM), and is set aside 100% for small businesses with a budget of $16,000.

Key requirements include coordinating with 131st Civil Engineering, following all safety and security protocols, conducting a pressure test witnessed by engineering personnel, and providing a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. The contractor must submit installation access requests, verify all measurements, use new Victaulic fittings, and comply with applicable codes including NFPA 13, OSHA, and Air Force regulations. The project involves replacing pipe sections in both the attic and lower level, with specific attention to proper installation and testing of the fire protection system.
