About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) outlines the Army National Guard's requirement for a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Small Unmanned Aircraft System (SUAS) to replace previously divested Raven B systems. The document specifies detailed equipment requirements including secure and encrypted communication, high endurance, long range, modular architecture, EO/IR imaging, near-silent propulsion, integrated compute platform, optimized size/weight/power (SWaP), scalable design, and compliance with Section 848 of the FY20 NDAA. The vendor and system must be on the DIU Blue UAS cleared list.
The SOW includes general procurement details requiring vendors to notify unit points of contact at least three weeks before shipment, with payment to be billed at purchase through a government contract or purchase order not exceeding the published quote price. The Army National Guard will receive a 10-day notice for any shipment delays or order discrepancies, and the vendor must acknowledge that supply chain shortages may result in coordinating a replacement or cancellation of the ordered item.
