About this file
This is a Performance Work Statement for the relocation and calibration of eight mission-critical hearing booths from Building 34 to Building 42 during a building renovation project. The primary objectives are to relocate and re-calibrate the hearing booths to support hearing exams for mobilizations and medical readiness operations. The contractor must perform all disassembly, disconnection, calibration, reassembly, and connection work, with the option to subcontract as needed. All work must be completed during regular business hours and comply with current building and fire codes. The contractor is responsible for completing or subcontracting any required electrical work and collaborating with the customer to finalize the relocation to designated areas.
The project timeline requires equipment removal no later than March 28, 2026, to prevent interference with the Building 34 remodel project start date, with specific project schedules to be determined collaboratively between the customer and contractor prior to work commencement. Acceptance criteria include compliance with building and fire codes, functional electrical work and calibration, and proper relocation to agreed-upon designated areas. The customer is responsible for clearing existing items from both buildings to ensure proper spacing, designating booth locations, and providing building access during business hours. The budget will be determined based on the scope of work and agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
