About this file
This document is a Sole Source Documentation form for a federal contract to acquire 30 parking spaces for law enforcement personnel. The contract (DAC Number D-26-LA-0013) is a recurring requirement with a performance period from 10/01/2025 to 09/30/2026. The government conducted market research in the neighborhood and determined that no suitable alternative parking locations were available, with existing options being unstriped or having loose gravel. The contractor was selected because they have space adjacent to the building, making them the sole source for meeting the government's parking needs. The procurement follows Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13 for purchase orders over $10,000 but not exceeding $250,000, with the contracting officer certifying that the price will be evaluated for fairness and reasonableness before finalizing the order.
