About this file
This is a Limited Sources Documentation form required for acquisitions between $10,000 and $250,000 that do not allow for full and open competition. The documentation certifies a single-source procurement for an event hall to host an award ceremony, with an estimated cost of $43,185.00 and a required delivery date of May 27, 2026. The procurement is not a brand name only acquisition and is not a recurring requirement. Market research was conducted in the surrounding area to identify appropriate space and accommodations, which resulted in two sources being identified; however, the contracting officer certified that only one source is reasonably available to meet the specific availabilities required. No other space accommodations were available to satisfy the government's needs for this event.
The contracting officer certifies that the price will be determined to be fair and reasonable before placement of any order. The document was signed on February 6, 2026, by Kenny Douangmala (contract specialist) and Ryan Burke (contracting officer) from the Human Resources Division, Strategic Business Operations section. Per FAR requirements, this limited sources documentation will be made available in the Governmentwide Point of Entry (FedBizOpps), on GSA e-Buy, or through the NASA SEWP V Quote Request Tool if the acquisition determination is based on brand name specifications and exceeds $25,000.
