About this file

This is a Sole Source Documentation form for a federal procurement action under FAR Part 13. The San Francisco Fire Department (SFFD) requires a sole source acquisition from Fastrak - Bay Area Tools for OGV Bridge Tolls and Limited Express Lane services, with a total estimated amount of $32,400.00. The contract is a recurring requirement with a performance period from 02/01/2026 to 01/31/2027. The justification states that Fastrak is the single source company managing tolls and express lanes in California, and no alternative vendors were identified during market research. The procurement is for covering fees used by SFFD personnel during operations and approved cases, with the contracting officer certifying that the sole source is reasonably available and the pricing will be fair and reasonable.
