About this file
This Sources Sought Notice (SSN) survey questionnaire is for a National Park Service (NPS) Water and Wastewater Operations, Maintenance, and Repair Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The solicitation seeks market research from potential contractors to develop an acquisition strategy for water and wastewater system services across NPS sites. Key requirements include demonstrated experience in federal construction contracts, ability to obtain local permits, sufficient bonding capacity, and expertise in water/wastewater system operations, including certified operators, compliance reporting, and regulatory management.
The survey requests detailed information from interested contractors, including company credentials, past performance, small business certifications (such as SDVOSB, HUBZone, WOSB), self-performance capabilities, and likelihood of proposal submission. The solicitation is targeted for posting in October-November 2025, with a sources sought survey response deadline of August 14, 2025, at 12:00 pm MT. Contractors must submit the completed survey to Michael Stanard and Cory Terrell, and potentially attach additional site interest documentation. The government is considering a small business set-aside and may structure the contract as 3-4 regional-based IDIQ contracts.
