THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT.

SCOPE OF WORK: The National Park Service desires Quarry Shuttle Service at Dinosaur National Monument on a Firm Fixed Price basis.

This sources sought is issued solely for research, information, and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ)/Invitation for Bid (IFB)/Request for Proposal (RFP). The U.S. Government is not seeking quotes, bids, or proposals in response to this notice. The information received as a result of this market research will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement under one of SBA's socioeconomic business programs. The NPS does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. Interested parties shall monitor sam.gov for the release of the proposed solicitation 140P1423Q0026.

The NAICS code(s) for this requirement is 485113 – Applicable Small Business Size Standard is $32.5 Million.

Base Year – 170 Day Period: Work shall commence on May 5, 2023, and end on October 22, 2023. The shuttle bus will operate on May 6, May 7, May 13, May 14 and then seven days per week beginning May 20, 2023 through September 24. The shuttle bus will then operate on September 30, October 1, October 7, October 8, October 9, October 14, October 15, and October 19-22 (Utah Fall Break). From May 20-September 24, hours of operation will be 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. All other days are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Mountain Time.

Option Year I - 170 Day Period: Work shall commence on May 4, 2024 and end on October 20, 2024.

The shuttle bus will operate on May 4, May 5, May 11, May 12 and then seven days per week beginning May 18, 2024 through September 22. The shuttle bus will then operate on September 28, September 29, October 5, October 6, October 12, October 13, and October 17-20 (Projected Utah Fall Break – subject to change).

Option Year II – 170 Day Period: Work shall commence on May 3, 2025 and end on October 19, 2025.

The shuttle bus will operate on May 3, May 4, May 10, May 11 and then seven days per week beginning May 17, 2025 through September 21. The shuttle bus will then operate on September 27, September 28, October 4, October 5, October 11, October 12, and October 16-19 (Projected Utah Fall Break – subject to change).

Option Year III – 170 Day Period: Work shall commence on May 2, 2026 and end on October 18, 2026. The shuttle bus will operate on May 2, May 3, May 9, May 10, and then seven days per week beginning May 16, 2026 through September 20. The shuttle bus will then operate on September 26, September 27, October 3, October 4, October 10, October 11, and October 15-18 (Projected Utah Fall Break – subject to change).

Option Year IV - 170 Day Period: Work shall commence on May 1, 2027 and end on October 17, 2027. The shuttle bus will operate on May 1, May 2, May 8, May 9, and then seven days per week beginning May 15, 2027 through September 19. The shuttle bus will then operate on September 25, September 26, October 2, October 3, October 9, October 10, and October 14-17 (Projected Utah Fall Break – subject to change).
