This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought is issued by the Department of the Interior's Interior Business Center on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The document seeks small business sources for an Emergency Governor Evaluation under NAICS 541330 (Engineering Services), with a focus on identifying vendors capable of addressing technical failures such as pump reversal, continuous makeup pump operation, oil temperature/contamination issues, oil lines separating, oil backflow into accumulators, and sudden pressurization and distribution valve failures.

Responses are due by December 8, 2025, at 1:00 PM Eastern Time, submitted via email to David Boyd. Interested small businesses must provide a 10-page submission including a cover sheet, a section on technical capabilities and past work, and comments on the draft Statement of Work. Respondents are asked to provide their company details, contact information, socio-economic status, organizational overview, and documented experience with relevant technical failures. The RFI is purely for market research and does not constitute a formal solicitation, with the government's goal being to validate source availability and refine the draft Statement of Work.
