Historically, the non-personal services supporting these directorates have been fulfilled between two task orders from a Blanket Purchase Agreement. One Task Order, with 11 FTEs, supports the Battlespace Awareness and Security Programs (BASP) Directorate and Military Intelligence Program and Security Resources Directorate. The other Task Order, with 10 FTEs, supports the Headquarters (HQ) and Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance Enterprise Capabilites (ISREC) Directorate. Both task orders provide subject matter experts and administrative support services. Historically, maintaining greater than 90% or better fill rates has been challenging. Below is a high-level breakdown of the current task orders’ FTE make-up. Reference Attachment 001 and 002 for the respective qualifications of the FTEs and scope of performance.
